Providing Information Securely

As part of the financial planning and investing process, there is a lot of information we need to gather from you. Keeping your personal information confidential is absolutely essential, so we utilize a software called PreciseFP to collect your info securely. Using PreciseFP is easy, I’ll walk you through what to expect.

First, you’ll receive an email from us with a link to your PreciseFP form. When you click on this link a browser will open and you can click the ‘Start’ button in the bottom right corner.

At this point, you’ll be prompted to verify your identity via email. Click ‘Send me the Pin’. Check your email for the pin, enter it into the prompt and click ‘Verify’.

Now you’re in your form! Enter all of your relevant information, required fields are marked with an asterisk. Use the ‘PREV and NEXT’ buttons to navigate through the questionnaire. When you’ve made it to the last page, click ‘Finish’ in the bottom right corner.

At this point, your information has been successfully and securely transmitted to the West Invest team!
