Korinda was born in Spokane, raised in Salt Lake City until age 16, then moved to Federal Way for high school before making the move to Whatcom County in 2004. She’s been in Ferndale ever since! She lives with her husband Corey, her two teenagers Kenley and Axxton and a sassy Siamese cat named Kona. Their oldest daughter Zoey lives nearby!
Korinda worked in the financial planning industry in her 20s, and learned firsthand how important it is to have a plan when she was widowed at 26. That experience gave her a compassionate motivation to help anybody navigating loss or preparing for life’s uncertainties.
She graduated from University of Washington with a degree in Psychology, and joins the West Invest team with four years of financial planning experience. She also holds a Behavioral Financial Advice designation which emphasizes that finance is tied to our values, emotions, and goals.
