Trusted Contacts

When you become a client at West Invest, part of the intake process requests that you provide a Trusted Contact. This is a person you give us permission to reach out to in a limited capacity.

We might reach out to your Trusted Contact, if we repeatedly cannot reach out and want to confirm you’re well-being and verify your contact information, or in the event of an emergency when we urgently need to reach you.

Very importantly, Trusted Contacts are NOT entitled to any information about your accounts or financial plan. They do not receive access to your account balances or investments, they are not authorized to place transactions on your behalf, they are not your legal representative or your power of attorney.

All we need to setup your trusted contact is their full name, phone number, and email address. If you ever want to change who your trusted contact is just call our office!
