When We're Closed: What to Do
Typically, our office is closed on days that the stock market is closed. That includes weekends and major U.S. holidays. Rarely, we’ll close the office outside of those hours, for example if our team is attending a conference.
If it’s a weekend or holiday, and you want to make a distribution request, or contribute to an account, or have general questions about your accounts, the best thing to do is call our office and leave a voicemail, or send us an email so that we can pay prompt attention to the matter when our office (and the market) is open next.
If it’s the rare occasion when our office is closed and you have questions about your account or need to place a trade, you always have the option to contact LPL directly.
Again, it’s extremely rare that we close when the market is open, and we want to be the first people you call when you have a financial question. But we want you to know that you can still make updates to your accounts if we’re inaccessible when you need to! As always, reach out to use with any questions.
